Hello and Welcome!

My name is Carolyn Hill and I own Foothills Bodywork. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with seven years of experience in deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial work and ashiatsu. While I tend to specialize in hip and shoulder dysfunction, I primarily communicate with clients in each session to understand their goals. I integrate tools and modalities as needed to create a unique and intuitive bodywork session built upon fundamentals and experience. I enjoy providing soft tissue bodywork to contribute to pain alleviation and increasing quality of life.
